A resident of Guam since 1965. His father was retired from the University of Guam and his mother was a teacher and librarian at Merizo Elementary School. 

 

1971 Graduate, with a bachelor degree from the University of Guam. 

 

Married for 45 years to the former Teresita Borja Duenas (Oting) of Sinajana a now retired teacher. 

 

A past president of the Rotary Club of Guam and member since 1981.

 

Father of 4 sons and grandfather of 7 all living on Guam.

 

Everyone, except the grandchildren, work in the family business which includes Pacific Pest Control, Pacific Solar and Photovoltaics, and Pac Sol Generation. 

 

A member of the Guam Chamber of Commerce.

 

In 2014 the family business was awarded the Family Owned SBA award.

 

He was ordained a permanent Deacon in the Archdiocese of Agana in 2003 and serves at the Blessed Diego Parish in Tumon.
